How does Hosting work?
There are two ways to get involved as a Host:
Design an Experience
Designers tend to like planning and considering details. If this is You, you’re likely to think of the finer elements of planning Experiences for other People…thinking about how Guests arrive and the toilet stops during an Experience are things you naturally think of.
Host an Experience
Hosting an Experience is very much about considering People’s needs during an event. You’re able to get a sense of how People are feeling and communicate well with others. You’ve got an ability to make People feel safe and cared for during Experiences.
And of course…you may wish to Design and Host Experiences!
There are three phases to Creating Experiences.
First is the Pitch. What is the idea for the Experience?
Second is the refinement (Create Phase) of the idea. This is where we ensure the finer details of the idea is considered.
Once everything is safe and ready to go, we get ready to Host and promote the experience.
